Hospitality

WHEREAS:

Rent-Par operates an online platform ("Platform") that facilitates short-term and long-term room rentals to customers. The Operator owns or manages hotel properties and desires to list rooms on Rent-Par’s Platform for rental purposes. Both parties wish to enter into this Agreement to define the terms and conditions under which Rent-Par will list and promote the Operator’s hotel rooms. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Rent-Par may terminate this Agreement immediately upon breach by the Operator of any material term.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Operator agrees to list available hotel rooms with accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability on Rent-Par's Platform.
Rent-Par shall market and facilitate the bookings of such rooms to customers through its website, mobile application, and affiliated channels.
Rent-Par may provide optional services such as customer support, payment processing, and analytics.

PRICING

The Operator will set the base price per room and Rent-Par shall be entitled to a commission of 2% of the Room Rate per successful booking.
Rent-Par shall collect the full payment from the Customer, and the Operator can withdraw it from the wallet.


OPERATOR OBLIGATIONS

  • Ensure the rooms are clean, safe, and in good condition.
  • Promptly update room availability.
  • Honor all confirmed bookings.
  • Comply with local laws and licensing requirements.
  • Verify identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, etc.).
  • Standard check-in/check-out times will be mentioned in customer booking details.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

RENT-PAR OBLIGATIONS

  • Provide access to the Platform for listing and inventory management.
  • Promote the Operator’s property on its digital channels.
  • Facilitate payment processing and ensure timely remittances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rent-Par is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Force Majeure events.
  • Accidents or injuries occurring within the hotel premises.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Rent-Par retains all rights to its Platform and intellectual property.
  • The Operator grants Rent-Par permission to use property images, names, and content for marketing.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

Flexible Booking (No Refund)

  • Strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund for cancellations, no-show, or early check-out.

Saver Booking (Partially Refundable)

  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-show, or early check-out.

Standard Booking (Fully Refundable)

  • 100% refund if cancellation occurs any time before the scheduled check-in.
  • No-show or early check-out refunded only if cancelled before original check-in time.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Each party agrees to keep shared confidential information private.
Refunds due to Operator-caused issues (e.g., unavailability of room) are the Operator’s responsibility.


BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION PLAN SUMMARY

Saver Lowest price, 0% refund, must rebook if cancelled.
Standard 10% extra price, 50% refund upon cancellation; date change allowed with 50% credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through Rent-Par’s platform.
  • Booking is confirmed after successful payment and confirmation message.

Payment Terms

  • Prices include all taxes unless mentioned.
  • Payment methods include card, UPI, net banking, etc.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Present valid government ID at check-in.
  • Follow hotel rules and local laws.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

  • Times vary by hotel and are shown in booking details.
  • Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and charges.

Limitation of Liability

Rent-Par is not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or injury.
  • Delays or cancellations caused by third parties.
  • Force Majeure events.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Authority to Book

The third party must have guest consent to make the booking and accept terms.

Accuracy of Guest Information

Third party must provide correct guest details.

Payment & Invoicing

Payment responsibility depends on booking selection.
Invoices issued to the name provided during booking.

Communication

Booking confirmations sent to the third party unless guest contacts are also shared.

Guest Check-in

Guest must present valid ID matching the booking details.

Cancellations & Modifications

Third party must follow displayed cancellation policy.

Liability

The third party is liable for:

  • Incorrect information
  • Fraud
  • Misuse of personal data

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION BY RENT-PAR

Rent-Par may cancel due to:

  • Hotel unavailability or maintenance issues
  • Failure to secure alternative accommodation
  • Fraudulent booking activity
  • Abuse of promotions
  • Delisting of hotel
  • Legal or safety concerns
  • Natural disasters or government restrictions
  • Pricing errors
  • Guest on government watchlist
  • Repetitive misuse of reschedule/refund systems

HOTEL AMENITIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS

  • Amenities vary by hotel and may be free or chargeable.
  • Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Special requests (e.g., early check-in, extra bedding) are subject to hotel approval and may incur charges.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

  • Primary guest must be 18+ years.
  • Valid government ID is mandatory.
  • Hotels may deny check-in due to:
    • Invalid ID
    • Suspicion of illegal activity
    • Fraudulent payments
    • Name mismatch
    • Minors traveling alone

OCCUPANCY & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • Up to 1 child (under 12) stays free.
  • Extra bedding may incur fees.
  • Exceeding guest limits may result in:
    • Cancellation without refund
    • Penalty charges
    • Eviction from property

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Illegal drugs (NDPS Act violations)
  • Weapons
  • Abuse, violence, trafficking indicators
  • Smoking/drinking where prohibited

LIABILITY FOR BELONGINGS

Rent-Par is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.


PRIVACY POLICY

Rent-Par prioritizes the privacy of customers.
Collected information is used solely to improve services and communication.
Rent-Par does not sell, rent, or share personal data for unrelated marketing.
Data is stored securely with controlled access.
